Lugia is a Legendary Pokémon: They're extremely strong and extremely rare! I found this Lugia down in the depths of the Whirl Islands. It was a pain to reach due to all the whirlpools surrounding it! :D. But it was worth it to have caught my very own Lugia! Sea Breeze is now a very valuable member of my Ultimate Team, and knows it! Just don't get him angry, or he may spit Hyper Beams at you.
