My goal-oriented focus on life, passion for coaching, and adding value to other's lives has led me to join the John Maxwell Team. Prior to this team, I have spent 37 years in public education, 32 of those as a football coach. I completed my undergrad work at Indiana University in Bloomington, and also received my MEd from IndianaWesleyan University in Marion. I have been married to Desa (Duvick) of Tipton for 34 years and we have two sons, Kollin & Kyle and one daughter, Kaylee.
Having a plan in place to avoid being overwhelmed and over-stressed is not always easy but necessary for today's professionals. I have personally used John's tools to enhance my own personal development, decision-making skills, and productivity to improve the results of my schools, teams, and businesses.
