I can honestly say this about working with you over the years "I would have loved playing football for you because you cared about everyone and you methods for teaching the game of football would have served me well because I was a player that needed many reps and encouragement along the way." You could be tough on a kid, BUT THEY ALWAYS knew you cared for them, which is a very important characteristic of a leader. You led by example and always had a story to illustrate a point (ie Which way is North speech!) Coach P, you are very educated when it comes to this stuff and life in general and are very comfortable talking about it with anyone.
